MIKE SCHEUER:

"I have talk to other classes and many of them do not have the success we have had with our reunions. This is due in large part to Dee. He was chairperson for this reunion and has helped or chaired others. Dee was the glue.

"Now a message from our fearless leader DEE TAYLOR. "

"There were a number of first timers I spoke with and the universal sentiment was positive. If you would, please send this last message from our class leadership to all the class:

"Mike expressed thanks on behalf of the committee for your support of the 45th Class of '67reunion. Out of the nearly 200 in attendance it was good to see so many first timers. Specifically, we'd like to thank:

  • Mike Scheuer/Alan Hunsaker/Julie Fuhriman Young---Communications;
  • Mark Freckleton---Music, venue selection;
  • Jill Esplin Sorensen, Kandy Startup Hillam---Table decor, banner, Memorial table;
  • Lew Swain---Tableware, beverages.
  • Roger and Claudia Lunceford Sorensen---Sound and electrical equipment, podium;
  • Steve Thomas---Raffle;
  • Sheri Scheuer---Photos;
  • and thanks to Greg Sumner (Ann Swenson hubbie) for provision of the Captain's Bell.

"Also, a shout-out to all the spouses of the former, where appropriate. We were able to raise nearly $2,500 through the raffle. This money will go toward what will be be a fabulous 50th reunion in 2017. See you all there! If you know any classmates who were absent, tell them how much we missed them and how much they missed.

"It was a terrific reunion. If you have a moment, we'd like to get feedback from you on what you thought of the reunion and if we could do anything better. Just hit "reply" and send your thoughts back to Communications Chairman Mike Scheuer."

"Your Senior Class of '67 Officers,

DEE TAYLOR
ANN SWENSON TAYLOR
and GORDON GOODMAN (wherever he may be)"

"Both Dee and Mike showed tremendous leadership and focus in pulling this off. I agree, not many classes from the past have the great reunions we enjoy."

        MARK FRECKLETON

"Amen"
        PETER KOENSE

"Congratulations on a very successful evening. The casual atmosphere was most appealing...... Thanks to all who so thoughtfully made those arrangements to make this successful.....!"
